A large parcel is one that weighs over 2 kg or is bigger than 45 × 35 × 16 cm. Standard delivery is sent Royal Mail 2nd Class, which aims to arrive in 2–3 working days.
Dispatch. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, at weekends or on bank holidays, go out the next working day.
Tracking. You will get an email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Temperature-sensitive products. Products that must be kept cold are marked on their product page. They are packed with insulation and cool packs and sent by a next-day service. Put them in the fridge as soon as they arrive, and contact us the same day if the parcel arrives warm or late.
Missing or damaged parcels. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp +44 7830 645441 or by email at professional.affordable1@gmail.com, with a photo of the packaging. If your parcel hasn’t arrived 5 working days after dispatch, contact us and we will chase it with Royal Mail.
Collection. We don’t offer collection. All orders are sent by Royal Mail.
